T-SHIRT MACHINE™ RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS

We have a 7 day Returns Policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please do so by emailing us at returns@tshirtmachine.co.za, sending us a photograph and detailing what you want in exchange for the return. If your return is accepted, T-SHIRT MACHINE™  (“we” and “us”) will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If there is any noticeable wear, your item(s) simply cannot be returned. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

No returns will be accepted after 7 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in their original, new condition to be eligible for return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

SHIPPING CHARGES FOR PRODUCTS RETURNED 

All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges. You are also required to arrange your own shipping.

RETURNS FOR REFUND 

You are entitled to request a refund for your returns. This must be made within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed. We will notify you once this has been completed via email.

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT 

You are entitled to request an exchange of product or store credit for your return(s). This must be made within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Once returns are received and accepted, this will be processed. We will notify you once this has been completed. Any shipping charges for exchanges will be for your account.

* We reserve the right to not accept returns should the return not be inline with the terms and conditions of this policy.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective/wrong items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Like with Returns, please action your claims by emailing us at returns@tshirtmachine.co.za, detailing your issue(s) and sending us a photograph, if applicable. If we deem the issue to be our fault, we will either refund you, issue you a store credit or exchange the defective item for a new one, as per your preferred choice. Items sent back to us without actioning your claim by email first, will not be accepted.

Any contact after the 7 day period will not be considered.

* We reserve the right to exclude sale items from our regular Returns Policy and we reserve the right to modify our Returns policy at any time.
